Before the upgrade, DoorSecure’s website had a fixed product price for each door. However, their business model offers bulk discounts and pallet-based delivery, for example, up to ten doors can be shipped together on one pallet.

- A delivery cap that stops discounts beyond ten doors (as each pallet fits only ten).

The Solution — Tiered Pricing Automation
Using WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing Rules, we built a custom logic that automatically updates product pricing based on how many doors are added to the cart.
Here’s how it works now:
- 1 Door = €290
- 2 Doors = €490
- 3 Doors = €690
- 4 Doors = €890
- 5 Doors = €1,090
- 10 Doors (Full Pallet) = €2,090
- 11th Door and beyond return to standard price (€290 each)
This setup ensures fair, transparent pricing while respecting delivery limits. Customers instantly see their savings and the business keeps its margins intact.
