WordPress maintenance FAQs
Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
Yes. Most of the sites we maintain were built by someone else. We start with a free health check and tell you plainly what we find.
Do I need to move my hosting to you?
No. Every plan includes fast, secure hosting, but if you’d rather keep your current host, we can maintain your site where it is.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans run month to month and you can cancel anytime.
What if my site gets hacked?
Hack clean-up is included in every plan. We remove the malware, restore from a clean backup if needed, and tighten security to stop it happening again.
Does the plan include email?
No. Email hosting isn’t included, but we can advise you on setting it up with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
What do the monthly fix hours cover?
Small changes and troubleshooting: text and image updates, plugin conflicts, form issues and similar. Bigger jobs are quoted at €70/hour, less for plan customers. Unused hours don’t carry over.
